Day 51.

Consumed 1750 calories. Did the "max plyometrics" workout.

So considering that last week I gained a pound (of muscle) rather than lose fat, I have reassessed my caloric needs. I'll be trying to eat around 1700 instead of 2000 per day. I'm not sure I can handle much less of a restriction just yet. I'll also probably do a "refeed day" every third day or so.
