Consumed 2150 calories. Did the "max circuit" workout and commuted to work by bicycle.
Ended up eating 6 meals today because I guess 5 didn't cut it? Nah, I did my workout late and already had 5 meals prior. So I had an extra meal today. As for the cycle commute, yay extra calories burned, but I'm not sure how I feel about showing up to work all sweaty. It's worth it, right?
